Barcelona was 18.000 square meters gastronomic building project in Beirut, lead by BAD architects (Built by Associative Data). We designed a multifaceted brochure, composed by seven different formats of paper, meant to be used before the construction of the building.
The tool included a space for notes to be used by the potential buyers in order to customize and sketch their personal retail preferences. Projecting themselves into the materialization of the project, they were able to imagine better the retail space they could acquire and foresee the retail customization possibilities. On the other hand, the architects and investors could find out the features their potential clients needed and desired most.
