Mayúscula developed the visual identity of Nº5 – a special building based in Beirut, Lebanon, designed by BAD – Built by Associative Data, in collaboration with MARZ Studio.
The design of the building was driven by parametric studies, taking as parameters view orientations, solar radiation, wind infiltration and building program, all in relation to the site´s difference in levels.
To develop the identity for this project, Mayúscula found inspiration on the square-pixelated forms of the building. The whole system is based on the pixelation concept, creating a beautiful and unique graphic rhythms. As part of the project a book was also developed, disclosing the elegance and functionality of the building. A fence of 260 meters was also designed to promote Nº5.
