Barcelona is a 18.000 square meters gastronomic building project in Beirut, lead by BAD architects (Built by Associative Data).
We designed a multifaceted brochure, composed by seven different formats of paper, meant to be a selling tool for the architects, they could use with their potential clients, before the construction of the building.
It includes a space for notes where the potential buyers can customize and sketch their retail preferences. On one hand, it allows the potential clients to project themselves into their project: they can foresee the customized retail space they will acquire. On the other hand, it allows the architects and investors to discover the needs of their potential clients, before the actual construction.
