Mashrabiya Notebooks for Kuwaiti brand

Zeri Crafts is a concept brand from Kuwait selling textiles and homewares, branded by Mayúscula.

The laser diecut pattern is inspired by hanbaliyas from bedouine Sadu crafts, forming a play of light and shadow much like mashrabiyas, the lattice work typical of Arabic architecture. Artisanal gilded edges in gold foil give it a premium status, and the square format, natural proportion of the brand’s identity, distinguish these from other notebooks. Available colors are sand, aqua and red sadu.

The bookmark follows the same stamped pattern, like the notebooks, on a bamboo sheet that accentuates this play of light and shadow.

All these items can be bought directly through Zeri Crafts.

"The complete attention to detail, ornate laser-cut, and gold foil edges give Zeri Crafts notebooks a feel of extravagant quality and exemplary craftsmanship".
